Step 1: Loosen one of the corners of the napkin by working it between your thumb and forefinger. Use the Craft Pick to assist with carefully peeling the top layer of the napkin off (the napkin has three layers).
Step 2: Arrange the napkin over the front of the frame to choose the best arrangement of the design. Mark the edges with a pencil and set the napkin aside.
Step 3: Working on the Non-Stick Craft Sheet, brush the Matte Glue n’ Seal evenly all over the front and three outside edges of the frame in a thin but shiny layer so it doesn’t dry before you place the napkin down.
Step 4: Place the napkin onto the frame using your pencil marks as a guide for placement. Press the napkin gently onto the frame to adhere. Gently press out wrinkles and air bubbles. Let dry or speed dry with Heat it Craft Tool.
Step 5: Trim the edges of the napkin by gently scoring with the sanding grip and carefully tearing off the excess.
Step 6: To remove the excess from the inside of the frame, use a craft knife to cut an X in the center. Turn the frame over to the opposite side and brush Glue n’ Seal onto the inside edges of the frame. Adhere the napkin to the edges by patting down gently. Let dry. Score with the sanding grip and carefully tear away the excess.
Step 7: To finish the side that has the hinges, carefully cut around the hinge with the Craft Knife and remove the excess. Again, press down edges to adhere. Use small amounts of Glue n’ Seal where necessary. Repeat the same procedure to cover the other side of the frame.
Step 8: When dry, seal the frame by brushing another thin layer of Glue n’ Seal over the frame. If you like a shiny finish on your projects, use the Gloss Glue n’ Seal in place of the Matte.
