Ranger’s Adirondack® Alcohol Inks were the star of the show in an article entitled “Rethink Alcohol Ink” in the July/August issue of Cloth Paper Scissors.

If you’re looking for a fun, new way to utilize Ranger’s Adirondack® Alcohol Inks, you have to check out the July/August issue of Cloth Paper Scissors magazine. In their regular feature, The Workshop, Cathy Taylor details several techniques using Adirondack® Alcohol Inks with Yupo paper to create visually stunning backgrounds, floral patterns, and more in a piece she calls “Rethink Alcohol Ink.”
This 5 page article explains step-by-step how to execute some unique techniques, which you can see a sample of a few below, so be sure to check out a copy of this issue of Cloth Paper Scissors and stock up on Tim Holtz® Adirondack® Alcohol Inks from Ranger to give it a try for yourself.

It is a great article and we just got back from CREATE NJ where Cathy Taylor taught this class to a group of very happy students. We were particularly impressed with a scene from Tuscany that was painted in class! If you give this article a try, we’d love to see what you make! Upload it to our gallery at clothpaperscissors.com.
