(1) Cut heart shapes from scrap cardstock. The cut shapes will be used as masks, and the negative surrounding piece of cardstock will be used as a stencil.
(2) Cut three 2" squares of cardstock.
(3) Adhere hearts to white cardstock squares using a removable adhesive, creating a mask of that shape.
(4) Using the Non-Stick Craft Sheet as a work surface, apply the Tattered Rose Distress Ink with a square of Cut n’ Dry foam to the cardstock surrounding the hearts on the cardstock squares.
(5) Remove the heart masks, and place the corresponding heart stencils in place to surround the blank heart space.
(6) Apply Fired Brick Distress ink with a square of Cut n’ Dry Foam. Set these squares aside.
(7) Stamp the XO image on each piece of Frosted Memory Glass twice, reinking and rotating the image between impressions.
(8) Sprinkle clear embossing powder over the inked Frosted Memory Glass. Shake off excess embossing powder and place the Memory Glass onto the Non-Stick Craft Sheet. Emboss with the Craft Tool, being careful not to touch the Memory Glass while you’re embossing, or for a minute or so afterwards. The glass will be hot!
(9) Apply Matte Accents to the very edge of an inked heart square, and press one of the Frosted Memory Glass pieces on top. Repeat for the remaining squares.
(10) Ink the XO stamp with Fired Brick Distress Ink, and stamp on white cardstock.
(11) Rub the square of Cut n’ Dry Foam with Tattered Rose Distress Ink over the stamped image.
(12) Trim around the image.
(13) Cut a piece of pink cardstock to mat the XOXO Frosted Memory Glass squares.
(14) Using the metallic gold pen, outline all elements, and assemble the card as shown.
