(1) Select desired die cut chipboard pieces to be used on the calendar. Store bought or hand cut-doesn’t matter! If using glossy chipboard, sand it slightly.
(2) Paint any chipboard pieces as desired at this time with Paint Dabbers or Liquid Pearls. Just squeeze out Liquid Pearls straight from the bottle and move around with the needle nose tip. Let dry.
(3) Add Stickles in a variety of ways:
• Cover the entire die cut with Stickles
• Add a light coating over painted surfaces for a slight shimmer
• Create accent details by squeezing out dots, dashes…use your imagination!
Set aside to dry completely; note that the heavier coatings will take longer to dry.
(4) Cut three pieces of square chipboard: 8½" square, 8" square and 6" square.
(5) Paint the 8½" square with Copper Acrylic Dabber; the 8" square Pebble and the 6" square Aqua.
(6) Create a 6" frame and paint with Copper Acrylic Dabber and set aside.
(7) Once dry, load flourish stamp with Aqua Acrylic Dabber and stamp onto Pebble eight inch square; mount onto Copper square, creating your calendar base.
(8) Layer the Copper Frame over the 6" Aqua Square. Center onto the larger set of chipboard.
(9) Stamp calendar with Archival Ink or print calendar pages onto white cardstock, sizing them to approximately 4½" square. Punch holes in the tops of each calendar approximately ½" from each side.
(10) Position calendar pages on 6" chipboard square and mark hole positions. Punch holes and insert screw posts into opening from back of chipboard square. Decorate top of screw posts with Stickles.
(11) Mount calendar onto layered, chipboard base.
(12) Attach “Stickled” die cut chipboard shapes in desired pattern around the frame of the calendar using Glossy Accents as an adhesive. Set aside to dry.
(13) Add ribbon for hanging or angle brace for table top use.
