(1) Turn on Melting Pot and place thermostat to UTEE setting.
(2) Pour 1/8 jar of Spruce Green UTEE into first pot. Place lid on to allow to completely melt. Avoid stirring as it will create bubbles.
(3) Pour ¼ jar of Red Poppy UTEE into second pot. Place lid on to allow to completely melt. Avoid stirring as it will create bubbles.
(4) Place Ornate Plate onto Non-Stick Craft Sheet face up. Pour melted Poppy Red UTEE in oval to fill. Let harden.
(5) Using tweezers, dip flower in Red Poppy UTEE. Let UTEE drip from the hole to leave it exposed. (Dragging it on the bottom of the pan helps to clear the UTEE out of the hole, as well.) Place flower on Non-Stick Craft Sheet to harden.
(6) Using tweezers, dip brad top into Spruce Green UTEE. Let cool and harden. Repeat with second brad.
(7) Hold Triple Leaf Charm with tweezers and dip into Spruce Green pot. Let cool and harden on the Non-Stick Craft Sheet.
(8) Once Red UTEE in ornate plate is hardened, but still warm, remove oval UTEE from plate and place a push pin into the middle of oval to make a hole for the brad. Twist pin to make sure it goes through to the other side and to widen the hole a bit. Remove push pin.
(9) Add uncoated flower charm and green brad into hole in molded Red Poppy oval.
(10) Place Glossy Accents in the groove on the back of the ornate plate as a glue.
(11) Place red molded piece back into plate.
(12) Add more Glossy Accents to fill in the groove on the back of the plate.
(13) Place piece on the Non-Stick Craft Sheet right side up to dry.
(14) Cut a six-link piece of chain with wire cutters.
(15) Attach chain to bottom of ornate plate with small jump ring.
(16) Layer UTEE enameled flower on top of leaf and attach to bottom of chain with the brad.
(17) Place large jump ring on top of ornament.
