Distress Paint Botanical Picture Frame

For this project you will need:

Other: wood frame, fence, eggs, flowers and nest


Paint wooden frame with Peeled Paint Distress Paint.

Botanical_Frame_1aPaint wooden fence with Barn Door Distress Paint.

Botanical_Frame_1 Paint wooden eggs with Bundled Sage, Scattered Straw, and Iced Spruce Distress Paint.

Botanical_Frame_3 Spritz Walnut Stain Distress Marker onto eggs to create speckles using the Marker Spritzer tool.

Botanical_Frame_5Cut Wallflower paper to cover front of frame, inking edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink before adhering with Multi-Medium. Cut an image 5” x 7” for inside of frame. Paint the frame’s edges with Antique Linen Distress Paint.

Botanical_Frame_6Spritz the fence with Dylusions Postbox Red spray. Set aside to dry completely.

Botanical_Frame_7 Using a Cut N’ Dry nib, apply Archival re-inkers to metal adornments.

Botanical_Frame_9Embellish the frame with flowers, nest, eggs and fence as desired. Adhere metal pieces to frame using Glossy Accents. Let dry completely for a strong hold.
