Hi there everyone! I’m excited to be sharing today’s card that features painting with Solar Sprays and Stellar Inks. It’s amazing how gorgeous it is in real life. You have to try it for yourself! Let’s get started with our card.
Step 1: Trim a piece of Stark White cardstock down to 4 ¼” v 5 ½”, and stamp the Handwritten background stamp randomly across your paper using the 100% Juice ink pad.
Step 2: Spray the Royal Flush Solar Spray on the panel a few times to get the shimmer and to activate the ink on the page.
Step 3: Stamp the images and the sentiment onto some Stark White cardstock using Jet Black Archival Ink.
Step 4: Cover your images and sentiment with Super Fine Detail embossing powder, and heat set them.
Step 5: Smoosh some Fore! Ink and 100% Juice ink onto a non porous surface, and spray a little of the Royal Flush and Crocodile Tears on there as well.
Step 6: Use a waterbrush to pick up some of the Solar Spray and dab it into the ink so that you can paint your images to get a shimmery look.
Step 7: Die cut your images and cut down your sentiment.
Step 8: Trim ½” from one of the long sides of your panel. Using the 100% Juice ink pad, ink up a piece of white cardstock that measures ¾” x 5 ½”. This way you’ll have a strip of cardstock that perfectly matches your background.
Step 9: Assemble your card together and use foam tape to adhere your images and sentiment to your card.
