I have just now started experimenting with the beauties! I love them! I swatched them on all my papers. Yesterday I highlighted some edges of a new 3d die cut butterfly from Tim Holtz. They look amazing for my first try!!

It's a wonderful medium, when used cured polymer clay jewelry pieces. I applied it thickly to emulate molten metal on pieces finished with liquid clay and heat cures to yield a smooth, shiny surface. I did not that my method of using Foundry Wax had to be resin sealed to inhibit flaking on the slick surface. Acrylic varnish is not strong enough & heat gunning liquid clay would just remelt the wax, so the application of a thin UV resin finish worked. Since the pieces are wearable, I needed them to be durable. I love the effect and plan to pursue the use of this medium further in combining it with polymer clay pieces.

It works on paper just like Tim Holtz said it would. Beautiful colors on paper. Transfer plain white paper objects to beautiful silver, gold, bronze and copper accents or cover with a solid color with a heat gun. Polish for a shine.

These new foundry waxes are fantastic! Incredibly easy to use and results are fantastic! Make sure to watch the demo on how to use them as they are different than anything on the market! Fantastic product!

Something else I can't get enough of. I was lucky to get this right away from Ranger and started playing as soon as I received it. I applied the wax to a bunch of embossed backgrounds. Tim's YT video introducing them is a great resource and reference. I even bought the shamrock and heart to wax.

This Foundry Wax is so great to work with. I love the rich metallic effect that is created when applied to embossed surfaces.
