Place the large and small rectangles from the Decor foam stamp set stamp foam side up and tap the paint using the Blending Tool onto the foam. Make sure you get good coverage of paint and cover all areas of foam evenly. Stamp onto a piece of Sticky Back Canvas that has been embossed with Tim Holtz Royal Flourishes embossing folder. Layer the two rectangles with the larger one at the bottom and the smaller one on top. You will see the pattern from the embossed Sticky Back canvas showing through.
