Step 3: Gather the Tim Holtz Distress Crayons. The colors I choose were Spiced Marmalade, Picked Raspberry, Twisted Citron, Mermaid Lagoon and Mustard Seed. Apply some Twisted Citron to the Non-Stick Craft Sheet. Pick up color with your finger and smudge onto desired area of cutout. To intensify color, apply directly to image and smudge with finger.

Step 4: Continue to apply selected colors to various sections of cutout, smudging colors with finger.

Step 5: Using Gathered Twigs Distress Crayon, apply color to Non-Stick Craft Sheet. Pick up color with finger and smudge onto branches. If you feel there is too much color in one area, just wipe off with towel.

Step 6: It’s also really great for shading other areas to add depth.

Step 12: Adhere cutout to background using Glossy Accents.
The detail nozzle is perfect for the thin lines of the cutout. Cut a piece of black Tim Holtz Classic Kraft Cardstock 9 1/2 x 6 1/4. Working on a scrap piece of paper, use sanding grip on black cardstock to expose the kraft. Fold in half 4 3/4 x 6 1/4 to create card base. Attach card front and banner with Glossy Accents to card base.

Bobbi SmithMy name is Bobbi Smith. I’ve been a crafter all my life, however I really found my niche in paper-crafting about 20 years ago, when my children were young and have never looked back. I love all forms of Art, but really gravitate towards vintage, distress and grunge styles. I live in Illinois and love to hunt for vintage finds, when I’m not paper crafting!  Check out my blog at Vintage Muse Designs.
