Create luminescent mini works of art with Perfect Pearls Mists and Manila ATCs.

Instructions
(1) Working on the Non-Stick Craft Sheet, use direct to paper method to ink ATC completely with pigment ink. Dry thoroughly with Heat-it Tool.
(2) Ink stamp with Distress Embossing Ink and stamp onto ATC.
(3) Emboss with black embossing powder.
(4) Spray various color of Perfect Pearls Mists onto craft sheet about 2” from sheet to form puddles.
(5) Dip Brush into puddle and decorate ATC with as many Mist colors as desired. Rinse brushes in Craft Bucket between colors.
(6) Let dry or dry with Heat-it Tool.
(7) Add metal embellishments if desired. (Use hammer to attach corners to the ATC.)
