Info on Distress Products & Guess This Ranger Product!

Since we announced the release of Distress Paints, we’ve heard many people ask, “When it comes to Distress, what’s the difference between Inks, Stains, and Paints?” That is a great question and there are several differences. We came across this amazing blog post by Simon Says Stamp today that really dives into the effect you can except from each product when using the same color on the same surface. A very cool read indeed!

  1. Can’t wait for the Distress Paints! The distress line is so versatile now! Good for any project. My guess is an Adirondack paint dabber in Red Pepper.

  2. Those distress paints rock!! Love the comparison, it’s a great idea and helps you better understand them all :)

My guess (fantastic pic btw!!) as to what the Ranger product is…I think it’s a bottle of Red Stickles…specifically Fired Brick Distress Stickles???

  3. I agree I LOVED the blog share the May did for Simon Says Stamp!! THANKS for sharing!! I am not sure about the photo so I’ll have to come back a guess later!! THAKS for sharing and have a FABULOUS WEEKEND!! Can’t wait to get my hands on the Distress Paints!! =)

  4. Definitely Stickles – maybe they are coming out in seasonal colours so Picked Raspberry?? Off to check out the comparison – thanks for the link!

  5. I believe that is one of my all time favorite Ranger products…… “STICKLES”!!! I think I have atleast one of every color!! Stickles makes everything better!! Couldn’t be artsy without it!

  6. Red Stickles I think – but is it Christmas Red, Barn Door or Fired Brick? May Flaum did a great job with the video too.

  7. Looks like red stickles and the photo is taken over the top of the bottle ! The new Distress paints look so cool to play with !
