Mildliner Highlighter is conveniently double-ended with a chisel tip and fine tip in one pen. The mild colored water-based pigment ink is translucent, excellent for layering and doesn't bleed through.  The chisel tip allows for thick or thin strokes while the fine tip marker provides more consistent lines. AP certified non-toxic.
