Explore color with the vibrant hues of Tim Holtz® Alcohol Neons. Alcohol Neons are permanent, fast drying, acid free pigment inks formulated to create bright, luminous effects on non-porous surfaces. Use with Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks and blend with Alcohol Blending Solution. Ideal for use on Alcohol Ink Dura Lar and Yupo®, Foil Cardstock, Glossy Paper, and more. Available in eight colors, each packaged in a 0.5 fl oz (14ml) bottle—also offered as a complete kit featuring all eight colors.
