Instructions

(1) Stamp Hero Arts background with Peeled Paint Ink on notecard.

(2) Punch large blue circle. With a smaller circle punch, create waves along the top as shown.

(3) Adhere to a larger white circle and add to card.

(4) Stamp greeting under circle with Jet Black Archival Ink.

(5) With Jet Black Archival Ink, stamp Hero Arts fish on white paper. Color with colored pencils and cut out. Add to card.

(6) Use Black Enamel Accents to add an eye.

(7) Create waves with Ocean Blue Liquid Pearls and bubbles with White Opal Liquid Pearls.
