Merry Everything Holiday Tag by Kim Haskell

Kim Haskell shares how she creates this DIY Merry Everything Tag using Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink, Letter It Stamps, Mixed Media Powders and more. Dress up holiday gifts with this easy DIY gift tag.

Instructions 

Step 1:  Using a Mink Ink Blending Tool and Foam, Ink center of #8 Distress Tag with Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink.

Step 2:  Ink edges with Pine Needles Distress Oxide Ink. Continue adding and blending ink until desired look is acheived.

Step 3: Spritz with water using Distress Sprayer and blot with paper towel. Dry with Ranger Heat It Craft Tool.

Step 4: Create large and small polka dots with Glacier White Pigment Ink and the Mini Ink Blending Tool and Detail Blending Tool. Heat set with Ranger Heat It Craft Tool.

Step 5: Dust off tag with Ranger Anti-Static Pouch.

Step 6: Stamp "Everything" sentiment from the Letter It It's the Little Things Clear Stamp set in Clear Embossing Ink on the center of the tag.

Step 7: Letter the word "Merry" using the Letter It Medium Pen. 

Step 8: Sprinkle with Scarlet Mixed Media Embossing Powder. Tap off excess powder and return to jar.

Step 8: Melt powder using Ranger Heat It Craft Tool.

Step 9: Create a shadow around letters using Pumice Stone Distress Marker.
