Create a fun and easy birthday card with a unique pearlescent effect using Perfect Pearls™! Features a great technique of creating a beautiful paint by adding water to Perfect Pearls™ Pigments.

(1) Stamp an image with Perfect Medium™ Ink onto dark paper.

(2) Dust image with Super Fine Detail™ Embossing Powder. Return excess to jar and cure with the Heat it™ Craft Tool.

(3) Using a wet brush, pick up a little Perfect Pearls™ powder from its jar and work it into a paint on the cap. Paint in the embossed image. TIP: Perfect Pearls™ Pigments can be intermixed to create a wide variety of colors. Mount onto coordinating cardstock.
