Instructions

(1) Emboss the center of the Specialty Paper ATC with the heart border from Valentine Background and Borders Set.

(2) Working on the Non-Stick Craft Sheet and using a piece of Cut n’ Dry™ Foam, layer color on the ATC starting with Victorian Velvet, then Worn Lipstick, Barn Door and Tea Dye. Stamp “You’re Special” from Hero Arts® Find Joy Stamp Set with Jet Black Archival Ink™ and adhere “XO” from Stencil Type with Wonder Tape™.

(3) Emboss the top and bottom of Black #8 Tag with the same heart border from Valentine Background and Borders Set.

(4) Working on the Non-Stick Craft Sheet and using a piece of Cut n’ Dry™ Foam, color just the embossed hearts on the Black Tag with Adirondack® Pigment Ink in Red Pepper. Let dry or heat set with Heat Tool.

(5) Attach the ATC to the Tag with Wonder Tape™. Attach a Locket Key on a jump ring to a ribbon bow, then attach bow to Tag with Wonder Tape™.
