Love the archival cleaner, works well and quickly. Not particularly fond of the little felt piece for the dauber, however. Firm advice is to definitely (but gently) dab and daub, but do not swipe! The felt pad came off on mine when I went absent minded and did the swipe instead of a dab. Absolutely still recommend this product.

I have really started shopping directly from Ranger instead of through a distributor because the customer service is top notch! They help so quickly and without any undue hassle to the customer! Above and beyond! As for the item, I can say that is high quality and I have never had a problem with their items. This works great to clean the ink of even the photopolymer which can be more stubborn. Might leave a very light transparent stain, but it's not bad and makes the stamp easier to see! I also love that they are carrying items that are on the art side of crafting and have designers that are more contemporary or "out of the box" than many so its great to mix it up! Solid products, great innovation, excellent customer service! It keeps me here!

Don't rub applicator end on stamps. Daub it on. I was green and rubbed it. The material started to come off the tip. It's still usable.
But I did buy another so when this ones gone I'm starting over knowing better!
