This is my THIRD Heat-It and I love it so much. My first one I gave to my grandson last year as he wanted to start doing crafts again ( at the ripe old age of 28) - it was still working and I had had it for years. The second one died after just a year, and was replaced by your company sending me a new one- free-of-charge. The Heat-it tool is so quiet, if I am on the phone I can work on something with no-one being the wiser. It is very handy to take places with me, if necessary. I cannot say enough about it ( and all the rest of your products).

I love this heat tool to dry my ink between layers. I had been using my embossing tool that seems too hot and blows everything all over the place. This heat tool is essential for all of the fun new techniques out there. It takes the wait time out of card making!

I have been using this for many many years. My old original stopped working so I had to purchase another. Perfect for drying ink on paper as it is gentle and does not burn my paper.

When my old Heat It tool died I ordered its replacement immediately. It was a long week Iin my crafting life without this tool. I had a trusty heat embossing tool but using that for everything wasn't a good time. The heat was too high and I kept blowing things that were in temporary residence at my work surface. So frustrating. The diffused heat is perfect for drying paint or ink, gently embossing extremely fine powder, i.e. Distress Embossing Glaze, and is my grab tool probably 80 percent of the time. When an expert says there is a benefit to having both heat tools it is worth listening to that advice. I've never heard an artist say otherwise. So happy to be one with my tools again!

I bought the Ranger heat tool for it's size and comfortable shape. However, I am more impressed by how quiet it is and how quickly it dries all mediums. I'm so glad I purchased it instead of a less expensive heat tool. Big step up from using my hair dryer!

I was using my small hair dryer for heating spray inks, distress ink pad drawings...and boy that did not work at all. And, of course, then I watched another Tim Holz video and learned about this great tool. My husband kept borrowing mine, so I eventually had to get two. That's how much we think of it!

It's great for drying watercolors and Distress/Distress Oxide inks between layers. It dries at low heat that minimizes warping. I would recommend having this in addition to an embossing heat tool.

I used to let paint layers air dry, saw the Heat Gun on a Tim Holtz holiday demo and he raved about it so I thought I would give it a try. OMG! Used it to dry layers of inks and oxides it works so fast! Definitely worth it in my book!

Wasn't sure this was going to be a good purchase. First time I used it - it started smoking when I shut it off. That has not happened since first use (and I use it frequently). Works like it should and I have no regrets about this purchase.
