Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut a piece of Black Heavystock to 4” x 5.25”. Stamp image with Clear Ink and Emboss with White powder.
2️⃣Stamp Sentiment with Clear Ink on a scrap piece of Black Heavystock and emboss as above. Trim as shown and set aside.
3️⃣ Paint image with Blue Hydrangea, Iris, and Zinnia Pearls. Then splatter all three colors on the background. Let dry.
4️⃣ Attach sentiment under the image.
