Dylusions Holiday Gift Tags by Denise Lush Step 1a

Step 1: Tear one sheet of paper from your Large Dylusions Creative Journal. Trim the torn side of the paper to 8” and trim the top to measure 11”. Then cut your paper in half at 5 ½”.

Step 2: Paint one piece of paper with Dylusions Fresh Lime and the other piece with Dylusions Shimmer Cherry Pie. Make sure to paint both sides of the paper for a finished look.

Step 3: On the piece of paper that has been painted Fresh Lime, apply Dylusions Shimmer Fresh Lime through the Large Dylusions Stencil Jolly Holly. Do both sides.

Step 4: On the piece that has been painted with Dylusions Shimmer Cherry Pie, we will be doing some stamping. Mount the stamp shown from the Dylusions Stamp Set Mr. Boo’s Adventure to an acrylic block. Stamp the image randomly all over both sides of the paper using Distress® Archival Picked Raspberry.

Step 5: Now that your backgrounds are complete, cut each piece of paper into quarters so that each 'tag' measures 2 ¾” X 4”.

Step 6: Stamp the images shown from the Dylusions Stamp Sets, Tree Time and Just Robbin Along, on white paper and then cut them out.

Note: You will need to stamp 2 of each bird.

Step 7: Glue the images onto the tags as shown in the picture and stamp Merry Christmas using the phrases from the Stamp Set Just Robbin Along.

Step 8: On the backs of the tags stamp "to" using the Dylusions Stamp Set Alphablock.

Step 9: All your tags need now is a little hole punched and some string and they are ready to put on the presents you lovingly choose for your friends and family!
