Embossing Powder Flower Burst Card by Jess Francisco

Learn how Jess Francisco creates this Flower Burst card that cascades a delightful explosion of color using Ranger's newest Neon Embossing Powders.

 

Instructions 

 

Embossing Powder Flower Burst Card Step 1

Step 1: Treat a piece of black cardstock (measuring 4”x5.25”) with anti-static powder. Lay the Floral Burst stencil on top of the cardstock and apply the Embossing Dabber through the stencil, focusing on the center of the stencil.

  

 

Embossing Powder Flower Burst Card Step 2

Step 2: Carefully remove the stencil. Pour Neon Pink embossing powder over the wet embossing ink and tap off the excess. Melt the embossing powder with a Heat Tool.

 

 

Embossing Powder Flower Burst Card Step 3

Step 3: Repeat this process with the Embossing Dabber and Neon Blue embossing powder. Repeat the process a final time with the Neon Green embossing powder. Now your whole piece of black cardstock should have the vibrant neon colors embossed in place.

 

 

Embossing Powder Flower Burst Card Step 4

Step 4: Mount the panel to a white A2 sized card base using your preferred adhesive.

 

 

Embossing Powder Flower Burst Card Step 5

Step 5: Apply the Big Chat sentiment stickers for a quick and easy sentiment. You could also choose a stamp set for this – just stamp your sentiment on white cardstock with black ink and trim the sentiment before adhering to your card.

 

 

Embossing Powder Flower Burst Card Finished

Your card is finished and ready to send!
