Hi there, creative friends! I’m here to let you know that you need the new Dylusions neon ink sprays in your life! They are beyond bright and oh so magical to play with. Since they are water-soluble, there’s a variety of materials to experiment with and for this layout I used some soapy water to create a grungy, rainbow background. I hope it inspires you to have fun and color up your world!

Step 1: Open your Dylusions Classics Journal to a blank spread and spray Dylusions ink spray in Tropical Sangria in the center. Spray Mango Punch, Lemon Drop, Sour Appletini, Blueberry Mimosa, and Margarita Bucket in rings around the center.

Step 2: Close your journal and open it again. Add another layer of ink spray in the same pattern as before. Close and open your journal again and let it dry for a few minutes.

Step 3: In a small container mix some dish soap with a bit of water and flick soapy water all over your page generously. Allow to dry completely.

Step 4: Splatter some of the Tropical Sangria ink spray all over your page. Repeat with splatters of Lemon Drop and Blueberry Mimosa.

Step 5: Mount the circle stamp from the Dylusions Stampers Anonymous The Bolder the Border stamp set to the Long Journal Stamp block. Ink your stamp with Dylusions Archival Ink in Black Marble and stamp it down the center of your page.

Step 6: Ink your stamp again and place it halfway down your page horizontally. Try to line up your stamp with the center circle from step 5. Keep stamping around the center to form a star shape on your layout.

Step 7: Outline all your stamped circles with a black Uni Posca Paint Pen.

Step 8: Cut out focal images from Collage Sheets sets #1 and #3. Cut out a few circles from some black and white images as well and glue them all to your page.

Step 9: Use your black Posca Pen to outline all of the collaged images. Write out your favorite quote with black and white Posca paint pens to finish your page!
