Hello, crafty friends! I’m getting in one last Christmas card before it’s too late. Combining some new things, like Ethereal Tree, with something a little older, like Handwritten Christmas, was exactly what my project needed. Let’s get into the card for today!

Step 1: Trim a piece of Stark White Cardstock down to slightly smaller than 4 ¼” x 5 ½”. Using Ethereal Tree, stamp the trees at the bottom of the panel using Emboss It and cover with super fine white embossing powder. Heat set that with a heat tool.

Step 2: Using a blending brush, blend Clear Skies Stellar Ink onto the bottom of the panel over the trees, and then blend Midnight Snack Stellar Ink from the top down into the Clear Skies until the blend is good.

Step 3: Stamp Santa and his sleigh from Handwritten Christmas onto the top of the panel using Black Widow Stellar Ink.

Step 4: Take the dotted stencil from Ethereal Tree and spread Bee Sting Astro Paste over the trees using a palette knife. Let that dry.

Step 5: Stamp the sentiment from Handwritten Christmas onto some Watercolor Cardstock using Jet Black Archival Ink.

Step 6: Press ink from the Bee Sting Stellar Ink pad and Love Potion Stellar Ink pad onto a nonporous surface. Watercolor the banner using a waterbrush.

Step 7: Fussy cut out the stamped sentiment.

Step 8: Removing the nozzle from the White Gloss Spray, sparingly splatter some white paint over the panel to look like snow.

Step 9: Attach the completed panel to the front of a card base that measures 5 ½”x 8 ½” and is scored at 4 ¼”. Use foam tape to attach the sentiment.
