Step 1: Cut a piece of black cardstock to 4” x 5.25”. Lay the Stargazer Stencil on top of your trimmed cardstock.

Step 2: Scoop out a small amount of Lunar Paste in Slippery When Wet. It's best to use the back side of the palette knife when scooping the paste as it is easier to spread on to your cardstock using the back side of the palette knife. Make sure to evenly cover the entire stencil area.

Step 3: Carefully remove the stencil from the cardstock and set aside your panel. Let it dry completely before moving on. While your panel is drying, be sure to clean your stencil and work surface so the paste doesn't dry in place.

Step 4: Using Ranger Archival Ink in Jet Black, stamp the rocket image from the Simon Hurly Space Training Stamp Set on White Cardstock. Place a small amount of Lunar Paste in Clear Skies and Bee Sting on the silicone mat and spritz it with water using the Distress Sprayer. Mix the colors with the water, but keep them separate on your mat. The more water you add, the lighter the color will be in the next step, so experiment and see what color you're happiest with.
Step 5: Use a paintbrush to apply the mixture to your stamped rocket image. “Paint” the image with your brush, then let it dry. Feel free to change the colors up here and give the project your own flare!

Step 6: Using a sharp pair of scissors, cut out the rocket image. You can place Foam Tape on the back, if you'd like, but this is optional.

Step 7: Stamp the sentiment “You're outta this world” on white cardstock and trim it. You can add foam tape to the back of this as well, but this is optional also.

Step 8: Assemble your card. Attach the card panel to a white A2 sized card base made from Stark White Cardstock. Add your sentiment and the rocket. You're done!
