Shipping to the U.S. and International
Although certain restrictions apply, We use DHL or Federal Express for all shipping destinations in the United States, with the exception of orders sent to US Post Office boxes, which will be sent by the US Postal Service. Shipping rates are based on your item subtotal.
Sales Tax (if applicable) will be calculated based on the State or Province to which the merchandise is shipped.
If for any reason you choose to return your selection, we’ll refund the purchase price to your credit card account. You may return your product in the original, unopened package within 45 days for a full refund. We offer pre-paid shipping labels for all returns. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number (RA #), the address to ship your returned product and a request for a return label. The RA # must be clearly visible on the outside of each returned carton. You must also include your packing slip with your returned items.
If you wish to return a product for another, please return the item you no longer want and place a new order for the new item.
Please Note: All orders are packaged and shipped out within 3 business days (Monday – Friday) of receiving your order.
