When I was about ten I had a charm bracelet, and each new charm reflected something I loved... like a scrapbook I could wear on my wrist. This stamp set really captures the fun and nostalgia of those days.

Step 1: Gather Materials: Make-It's Charmed Clear Stamp Set; Emboss-It Clear Ink plus Ranger Black and White Powders; Best Dressed Archival Ink; a selection of Liquid Pearls in your favorite colors; Simon Hurley create. Stark White Cardstock; Alcohol Ink Matte Black Cardstock.

Step 2: Stamp the round charm bracelet from Make-It's Charmed Clear Stamp Set three times in Emboss It Clear Embossing Ink on Stark White Cardstock and sprinkle with Ranger Black Embossing Powder. Melt with the Heat It Craft Tool and allow to cool completely before cutting the bracelets out with scissors.

Step 3: Stamp and emboss a selection of charms from the set on a scrap of white cardstock in the same manner as the bracelets in Step 2.

Step 4: When the charms are cool, paint them with your favorite shades of Liquid Pearls diluted with clear water. In the sample, colors are as follows: Emerald on the four-leaf clover; Kiwi on the wishbone; Rubber Duck on the star; Firecracker on the key; Royalty on the horseshoe; Blue Velvet on the anchor; and Sweet Potato on the seashell. Set aside and allow to dry completely before cutting out neatly with scissors.

Step 5: Arrange both two-line sentiments ("Charmed By You" and "You're My Lucky Charm") into a continuous line on a stamping block or stamp platform. Trim a piece of Stark White Cardstock to 4 x 5.25". Working one double line at a time, stamp the sentiments with Emboss It Clear Ink and emboss with Ranger White Embossing Powder. Let the embossing cool before going on to the next line. Continue until the whole panel is full of white-embossed sentiments.

Step 6: Using a Mini Ink Blending Tool and a Domed Foam, apply Best Dressed Archival Ink all over the panel from Step 5. Swipe an alcohol wipe or paper towel dipped in Isopropyl Alcohol across the surface of the embossed words to remove any excess ink.

Step 7: Stamp the sentiment, "You're My Lucky Charm" on a scrap of white cardstock and emboss with black powder. Trim each word into a neat rectangle and mat on scraps of Black Matte Cardstock.

Step 8: Assembly: Arrange the bracelets as pictured, so they're all going off the edges of the panel; take care to leave room towards the lower righthand side for the sentiment strips. Affix the bracelets with Dina Wakley MEdia Glue and the sentiment with slivers of foam tape. Add the charms to the bracelets and trim off the overhanging bits of bracelet. Affix the completed design panel to a skinny mat of Black Matte Alcohol Ink Cardstock and then to a white A6 card.

Step 9: Add an interior sentiment, if desired, sign the card and mail to a friend or family member who's a lucky charm in your life.
