Hello there, everyone! There is something so dramatic about black and white images. How about we create that drama, but with a subtle, yet colorful, background? Let’s get into the card!

Step 1: Trim a piece of Stark White Cardstock down to 4 ¼” x 5 ½”. Using a blending brush, blend Black Widow Stellar Ink onto the cardstock. Go heavy with the bottom and blend the ink up to the top, getting lighter as it’s blended.

Step 2: Using the most detailed stencil from the Star Tiles stencils, spread some Sublime, Neptune and Pity Party Solar Paste onto the panel using a Silicone Paste Spreader. Set that aside to dry and clean off the stencil.

Step 3: Stamp a peony image from the Sketched Peonies stamp set onto a piece of Stark White Cardstock using Black Widow ink.

Step 4: Stamp a sentiment from that stamp set onto another piece of Stark White Cardstock using Black Widow ink.

Step 5: Use the Sketched Peonies Etched dies to die cut the peony image, and use Mini Snips to fussy cut the sentiment.

Step 6: Trim the dry stenciled panel down to 4” x 5 ¼”. Attach the peony image and sentiment to the front of the panel using Clear Foam Double Stick Tape.

Step 7: Assemble the rest of the card by attaching the panel to an A2 card base using MEdia Glue.
