They work great for holding down the left side pages in my journal’s as I work! I also like that you don’t get a mark on your pages like you can get when using a clip.

These are fantastic if you want to get more traveler's notebooks, or dyalogs in your cover. Dyan has a video where she shows how she gets several more than the standard in using these.

These bands are good quality and work great with Dyan's Dyalog Cover system (watch her video on how to stack the dyalogs in her covers to get the maximum benefit of space).
The only thing I don't care for was the color scheme. They're lovely, but I'm not a pink/purple kind of girl, so those kind of stick out like a sore thumb on the spine of my cover. Oh well, I still purchase them for the great quality and price-point.

I've been making 'travelers journals' with removable sections ( called magazines). These sections are held in with the large silicone bands.
