This is a pretty shade of blue, and I would have liked it more, had it been like most of Dyan's paints. However, I did not realize until after purchasing it that this was part of what she refers to as her "Cocktail line" of paints, which has slightly different properties, making them more translucent and closer to neon. It takes another layer or two of it to get her usual depth of color saturation. Nothing wrong with it, just not my cup of tea.
